2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

The Development is a (+) 108 acre project located in the northern portion of Miami-Dade County in the state of Florida.More specifically, it is located in Section 35, Township 51 South, Range 41 East.The Development is bounded on the west by the North Dade Country Club East subdivision, on the north by the North Dade Country Club Village subdivisions, on the east by the Golf Ridge Villas Condominiums subdivision and on the south by the North Dade Country Club Village subdivision.
